Hi friend! Thank you for your interest in working out with me.

My personal training practice is currently at capacity, and I am unable to take on new clients at this time.

If you are a regular Rolfing® client (i.e. if I see you monthly-ish for bodywork) and you are interested in becoming a personal training client, please email me directly to be added to the waitlist.

 

If you are not yet a Rolfing® client, please know that this is a requirement to pursue personal training with me. Over the many years that I have been supporting folks in finding more ease and agency in their bodies, I have found that a combination of release work (like Rolfing®), mobility work (like yoga), and strength training (resistance bands, weights, "taxing the tissues" as we say) offers the most potency as a combination. Because Rolfing® offers a unique lens through which I can learn more about your body and movement patterns, I require all of my personal training clients to start as Rolfing clients.

I have plenty of personal trainers in my network who I happily recommend to folks who want help now, or who are interested in pursuing training without the Rolfing prerequisite! Feel free to email me to inquire
