Experience bodywork that gets at the root cause of your discomfort.
Rolfing® is a form of manual therapy that helps you get out of pain and get back to life. As a Certified Rolfer®, Kat's approach to bodywork focuses on relationships between myofascial and skeletal structures as well as the body's nervous system to get at the root cause of discomfort and improve your ability to move with ease, find support in gravity, adapt to changing demands, and experience greater freedom in your body.
Explore yoga through a fun, functional, accessible, and inclusive lens.
As a certified yoga instructor, Kat brings a trauma-informed approach to her yoga teaching. Sourcing from more than 800 collective hours of functional anatomy training, and 300 hours of education related to holding space and guiding others in embodied movement, Kat offers public and private yoga instruction designed to deepen your practice both on and off the mat.
Move better and feel better with skills and resources to support your daily life.
The benefits of integrated bodywork and mindful movement should follow you out of the clinic and back into the "real world." Truly lasting results often necessitate postural and movement integration work, which Kat incorporates into every Rolfing® and yoga session to ensure that clients leave with the skills and resources to navigate the joys of life with comfort and presence.
